To continue delivering an exceptional client experience and enhancing the way we support you, we will be relocating to our 636 St Kilda Road offices, effective Friday, 19 December.
Why We’re Moving
Our relocation supports a more connected and resource-rich environment, enabling improved service, deeper collaboration and greater operational efficiency. The move provides upgraded meeting spaces, better access to shared expertise and stronger integration with Partners Wealth Group.
What You Need to Know
Our Malvern office will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday, 18 December.
From Friday, 19 December, face-to-face appointments will continue on level 13, 636 St Kilda Road.
Please note that Friday, 19 December is also our final business day before the holiday shutdown period. We will reopen Wednesday 7 January 2026.
If more convenient, we will continue to meet at your home, workplace, or another suitable location.
For mutual clients of OHM Accounting, meetings can also be held at the OHM Mulgrave office. OHM directors are always welcome to attend meetings at St Kilda Road. All POHM and OHM directors remain fully aligned and committed to meeting and servicing mutual clients wherever best suits you.
No Changes to Your Team
We want to reassure you that there is absolutely no change to who you work with or how we work with you - your service experience will remain completely uninterrupted.
Your advisor and service team remain the same, and our working relationship with OHM continues unchanged.
We will keep attending the OHM Mulgrave office regularly to ensure ongoing communication and seamless delivery of tax, accounting, financial advice and wealth services.
The POHM team will continue attending the OHM Mulgrave offices regularly, ensuring ongoing communication, information sharing, and unified client support across both businesses.
Email & Communication Update
As part of system and cyber security upgrades:
From 7 January 2026, to fulfill upgrades and enhancements to our cyber security and digital ecosystem we will begin using our Partners Wealth Group (PWG) email accounts exclusively. Our new email addresses can be found below.
You may continue to send emails to your existing OHM/POHM email addresses, and we will continue to receive them without interruption.
However, from 7 January 2026, we will no longer be able to send emails from our OHM/POHM email accounts. Therefore, all outgoing communication will come from our new PWG email addresses.
No action is required from you—simply continue using the email details you already have.
Our contact telephone numbers remain unchanged and from Friday, 19 December our fixed landline (03 8508 7870) will be attended to by Partners Wealth Group.
